1 Year Anniversary

My dear blog,

It's been 3 months time again since my last post. Well, I have moved to PJ state due to increased workload. I have no choice but to move nearer to my office so that I won't waste my time on travelling every day.

As for the first month, it's quite challenging for me because I have to handle one payroll which I am not familiar with. From less than hundred employee payroll to over thousand employees, it is indeed a great challenge for me. I have been talked to my friends and family that I was not able to eat and sleep well for the 10 days peak payroll period. There's always something unpredictable incidents happen that make our work become difficult. Anyway, I am more and more get used to it. The time I spent on doing it is getting reduced.

What to share for my life in PJ? Well, there's some kind of changes. Last time, I go back hometown twice a month. Now, I go back almost every week. This is most likely due to the reason that I spent most of my time on work during weekdays. Thus, I must grab the chance to spend my weekend with my dear family. They are the one who always love you and care about you.

People said your social circle starts to become smaller when you reach the age of 25. It's true! You will find out that the list becomes shorter and shorter. Perhaps the saying that friends do not need to always meet. Do you agree? erm.... It has been quite some time I did not hang out with friends. Why? I am not sure as well. I understand that people may think I am a quite people and do not like to mix around. It's totally not. Sometimes, you just don't need to care too much since no one cares about it. Anyway, I wish I could just ignore the social network site. Knowing too much might not be a good thing.

This post looks a bit emotional, isn't it? Well, please be happy as today is Friday and my work is done finally! Oh yeah! Just that sometimes I will think what's the true meaning of life? Never mind, everything happens for a reason. I must believe something good will happen :)

Let's review the events of past three months!

KL Working Life

Wow! It's about 3 months I didn't update my blog. When you start working, you won't have so much free time as compared to university time. That's why I always miss my university time! Although you may say university time might be stressful and tough, working life is much more stressful than university! You have to do things right in contrast with university time whereby you only need to score 80 marks to get grade A. Now you have to get 100% everyday. Isn't it that much more stressful?

Yea....Now is April and what have I achieved? Well, I have achieved some of my targets of this year. First, I get confirmed for my current job. Second, I went for a oversea trip with family. This was my 15th oversea trip, 28th flight and 1st CNY trip in my life.

The best thing of working in KL is I can hang out with friends during weekend. Sometimes I meet up with my university friends and sometimes with primary school plus hometown best friends. Here some reviews of previous few months! :)

February 2016 *Travelling Month*

I wish I could have written down this in my diary but I haven't done it until now. My dad wish me to write it down too. Yet, I don't have mood and time to write. Summore, it has been 2 months ago. I am not sure how much I remembered XD

It's a 5 days 4 nights trip to Bangkok and HuaHin, Thailand. It''s my second visit to Thailand after 6 years. We flied to Bangkok on Chor 2 and came back on Chor 6 of Monkey year. A picture says a thousand words. Let's look at the picture and recall my memory on the trip. I always record my journey in my diary. I plan to do so for this time if I have time.

 Chor 2 of Monkey year

It's the third time I had been to KLIA2. The decoration are all red in color just because it is CNY!!! We reached the airport at 530pm and our flight was actually at 930pm. It's 4 hours earlier as we were worried that there might be a lot of travelers during CNY celebration.

We were taking night flight and we reached Bangkok at 1030pm Bangkok local time. We felt so sleepy. We spent a lot of time at the emigration counter just because our tour leader forgot to fill in the hotel name for us. At the end, we reached hotel at 1230am.

It's really a poor breakfast in the hotel. Not much choice for us to choose.

It's okay! Our tour guide brought us to have early lunch at this tallest building at Bangkok. We were the first group going there for lunch. It's 10am in the morning.

So beautiful decoration inside the tower. Family love with daddy and mummy.

Does this look real?

Photo taken at Bai Yoke Tower as well...

My mum was so excited to see all the food!

Does the guy looked handsome? XD

March 2016
Have been meet up with some other friends as well throughout this few months: Genie, WengKhim, Weekeng, Douglas...

Watched few movies: The Mermaid (thanks company for free movie tickets), Huat the Fish, Zootopia, The kid from the Big Apple, 10 Clover Field

Been to some shopping mall: 1 utama, Setapak Sentral, WangsaWalk, Klang Parade, Avenue K, Jusco, KLCC

Went to Matta Fair as well: Hopefully next round I can book a trip for my family...

I will be moving to another area soon and there's new assignment for me at my work. My life gonna be different! Hopefully everything goes well :) I will reorganize my time as to ensure that I have a happy, healthy and meaningful life. Started to plan something recently...It's been a norm that people working in office sit for 8 hours or more and facing the computer most of the time. It's not healthy at all. We shall have done something. How I wish I can go for Yoga as what I did during university time. I wish I can learn something as well.

2016 Targets

Wow! It's 2016 now! The very first post in 2016! Have I achieved my targets for 2015? Well, let's review on it.

Above are the targets I set for 2015. I have achieved some, at least. I have completed my FYP with a satisfying grade, got Dean list for last sem exam with improved CGPA, found a good job by entering a Fortune 500 company, learnt some simple cooking, went for a trip with family and BFF, and attended my convocation on August 2015! In short, I have completed most of the missions.

1st: Pre-graduation Trip

First trip with FYP group members: Pueipuei, Kehxin and Jessie. We went to the nearest island from Kampar. It's Pangkor Island. I went there about 10 years ago. This was my second visit to Pangkor Island. There's not much changes since my last visit.

2nd: Penang trip with Sistas

This was Sista Trip 3.0. We went there in June right after my final exam for last sem. We knew each other since primary school and we still keep in touch until now. It's an enjoyable trip with Yujin, Cecellia and Dengleng. Hopefully next time Shushien is able to join us and we go for another trip again.

3rd: Meeting my idol @ Leisure Mall

What a coincidence! I met Lin Liang Jun when I went for shopping at Leisure Mall. I get used to singing her songs when I was in primary school.

4th: Nicholas's roadshow @ KLCC

There's quite some times I didn't meet my prince, Nicholas. Finally, I got the chance to meet him again and get his stamp on the limited post card. How I hope I can take photo with him one day.

I met another Nicholas on that day. Nicholas from OneFm released his new travelling book.

5th: Matta Fair

It's my pleasure to join Matta Fair as an exhibitor. It's indeed a new experience for me. It's a memorable one instead of a tiring one. Yet, I wish that I could be a visitor in next Matta Fair and purchase a trip package for my family.

6th: My Convocation

I am graduated! Thank you daddy and mummy for their support throughout my university journey! I am so proud that I graduated with distinction. 4-year university life has ended and it is just the beginning of my working journey.

7th: Gathering with Denise

This was the very first gathering we had after convocation. She is my best friend in university. Hopefully we can meet again in near future.

8th: Malacca Trip with family

Due to many constraints, we were only managed to go for a short trip. It's 2 days 1 night trip to Malacca. Spending times with family is the most precious moment regardless where we are. Hopefully I am able to go for an oversea vacation with family in 2016.

9th: Running GG

The first game activity I had in KL. I was being invited by Cecellia to join this activity. It's really a good and healthy activity in weekend. We won the final game and we were rewarded with big prize. Actually, there were only 5 simple games instead of the challenging game in real Running Man. I am the fan of Running Man for China version.

10th: Sing K with colleagues

There were a lot of activities held in my company throughout the year. Although I just joined this company for 2 months, I have been participated in Deepavali lunch, Christmas lunch and sing K as team activity. Rarely, I have the chance to go to sing K. First time was during my internship in last year and now is the second time.

11th: 31122015

It's the last day of 2015! This was my first time countdown-ing in KL. I didn't join any special countdown activity. After work, I traveled to KLCC from PJ. I had my dinner at Kiki, KLCC. It's  Taiwanese food. I had a great chat with Khim. At the end, we count down at hostel. My hostel is really a strategic place to view the fireworks! 3, 2, 1, yes, it's a whole new year!

So, now let's set the target for 2016!
First: Get confirmed and do well for my job
Second: Go for oversea trip with family
Third: Find a bf  XD

Most importantly, stay healthy and happy always :D
